Who is a Sinner?

 all Human beings have a mother and a father at birth, it describes almost every being in the universe as being alike and able to know the feelings of parents and children. all humans are born of good and evil and are capable of doing evil even without sin. and if this happens, evil sets within that sinner that does not repent or apologize to the one sinned against. when someone does not repent, sin becomes easier. therefore, evil persists within a man without God's spirit. and when evil is upon you. it is a person who is angry or is insane at the fact that someone had taken thier equal rights. and if you are still angry at someone who sinned against you, then that person is still a sinner for not repenting to you or thier victim.
